Job Title: Lead Engineer - Frontend (React Native)

Job Summary:

At Talent Nexa Consulting, we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer - Frontend to spearhead our product development and drive the creation of high-quality, scalable, and performant applications. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and push the boundaries of what's possible in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of advanced React Native applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
  3. Utilize your deep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend state management (preferably Redux) to architect solutions that ensure optimal performance.
  4. Design and implement complex UI components with a focus on seamless user experience.
  5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
  6. Work with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous requests efficiently.
  7. Drive the adoption of best practices in frontend development, including accessibility and testing.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, guiding them through end-to-end project delivery.

Preferred Competencies:
  1. React Native Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and a deep understanding of its advanced concepts.
  2. JavaScript Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend state management, with a focus on Redux.
  3. Performance Optimization: Proven track record in designing performant and scalable applications, with experience in animations and frontend performance optimization.
  4. Socket and Animation Experience: Experience with sockets and animations is a plus.
  5. API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
  6. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  7. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end development projects, mentoring junior developers along the way.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  1. Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
  2. Experience with accessibility best practices.
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
