Senior Software Architect

About the Role:

  • We're seeking an experienced software architect to lead our technical teams in designing and developing scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • This role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop software solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software architectures, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

About You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in software development, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Java 11, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, and Spring framework/Micronaut.
  • Skills in Docker, event-based services, and performance optimization and testing.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps configuration management systems (nice to have).
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
