About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary Design Team Lead who can drive world-class user experiences across our digital products and brand touchpoints.

This role requires a mix of leadership, creativity, and hands-on design skills, along with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI UX designers.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Design or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
