Job Title: UX Lead

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Lead to drive the creation of innovative, user-centric products for web and mobile interfaces.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional UX experiences for global projects. This includes creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and help us scale our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver exceptional UX experiences for global projects.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Be the voice for the user, always pushing for user-centered design processes and bringing north star visions based on user needs to life.
Must-Haves:
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
  • A well-put-together design portfolio in Behance/Dribbble that showcases great UI quality and an in-depth UX thought process.
  • An understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions and advocate for your designs.
Good to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hunger for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  • An interest in and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills.
