Business Intelligence Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the Aditya Birla Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and visualizations using BI Analytics Platforms, with a preference for Zoho BI Analytics.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to understand problem statements and requirements.
  • Extract relevant data from sources, perform data cleaning, and develop automated scripts for validation.
  • Assess data quality and suggest improvements.
  • Provide input to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between systems.
  • Present insights as data visualizations to drive decision-making.
  • Browse data repositories and maintain dataset integrity.
  • Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes for future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from various data sources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of databases, analytics (especially Zoho BI), application programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
  • Knowledge of Zoho BI Analytics Platform and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
