Key Responsibilities
  • To empower users with a rich feature set, we need software engineers to design and build robust Cloud infrastructure for efficient monitoring and high availability.
  • The production environment relies on SREs to monitor system health and identify bottlenecks.
  • We measure and optimize system performance to drive innovation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of software industry experience, with at least 4 years in SRE role.
  • SREs should be able to design cloud infrastructure on AWS for high availability and scalability.
  • Experience with container management technology (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary.

This is a remote-first role with an on-call schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

We value proactive problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring skills. Preferred qualifications include AWS certification in SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Solutions Architect.

Work Environment

Please note that this position requires strong time management and organization skills due to the on-call schedule.
