About the Role:
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging course modules, assessments, and multimedia assets that capture audiences' attention
  • Envision and craft visually compelling and effective learning materials, including graphics, animations, and videos for e-learning modules, presentations, and other training resources that elevate employee knowledge
  • Utilize a range of multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Powtoon, to produce captivating content that resonates with diverse learners
  • Maintain high standards of quality by adhering to established templates, guidelines, and style sheets to ensure consistency across all content

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Creative thinking and a passion for instructional design and technology that drives innovation
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create stunning visuals
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, to deliver interactive and immersive learning experiences
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset in reaching a broader audience
