Lead Visual Designer

Job Description

The Lead Visual Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that bring our brand to life across various digital platforms.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

  • Develop visually appealing designs for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and web development teams to create engaging digital assets.
  • Create unique design concepts and ideas that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Interpret business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual elements that enhance user experience.
  • Develop design strategies that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in web and digital design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI design, responsive design, and accessibility.
  • Strong understanding of branding and design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders is crucial for this role. As a lead designer, you will be expected to lead by example and contribute to the growth and development of our design team.
