About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance departments, with a strong background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation.

  • Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment, implementing preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs as required.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Train and guide a team of maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, modifying circuits, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation.
  • Knowledge of standardizing, evaluating, and controlling machine spares.
  • Familiar with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance (Factory Act) and environmental norms.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance departments, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC based Special purpose machines, utilities, hydraulic & mechanical presses, material handling equipment's, conveyors, ovens, and furnaces.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Age 35 years or above.
