- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our data management and storage related modules in our product.
- Drive architecture and integration processes across modules to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ensure real-time and batch ETL and ELT processes meet stringent data quality, performance, and security standards.
- Establish and maintain robust data access controls, masking, and encryption processes.
- Develop a central technical metadata layer leveraging modern knowledge graph and AI based technologies.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver these capabilities and features in a matrix environment.
- Partner with product management to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with QA to deliver industry standard software quality.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field (BTech preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in data management, with significant experience in leading teams and projects.
- Proven track record of delivering successful data management projects and programs.
- Strong expertise in big data technologies, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data warehouse, and lakehouse concepts.
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices, like GDPR and HIPAA.
