Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and Attract Top Talent: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify, attract, and engage with top candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required to excel in their roles.
  • Utilize ATS and HR Software: Leverage advanced technology to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure successful placements.
  • Screen Resumes, Conduct Interviews, and Evaluate Candidates: Utilize your expertise to assess candidate fit, potential, and cultural alignment to make informed decisions that support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of successful talent acquisition, with a proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and trends to drive innovation and efficiency in the recruitment process.
