Lead Architect

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Architect to oversee the design function across all healthcare infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of architects, interior designers, draftsmen, 3D artists, MEP professionals, and others to deliver innovative healthcare infrastructure designs.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architectural design and project management, with a proven ability to manage design teams ensuring high-quality projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to present architectural concepts and project progress to stakeholders effectively.

We require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 8+ years of experience in design leadership, managing diverse design teams.
  • A strong portfolio of successfully completed commercial infrastructure projects.

Key technical skills include advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
