Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish, with strong prioritization and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers and projects, varying in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Managing cross-functional teams of functional and technical consultants (internal & external)
  • Providing excellent customer service, building trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Interpreting commercial and contractual terms, managing projects according to agreed terms and conditions
  • Supporting country services leaders, practice leads, and sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of working experience
  • At least 8 years of effective project management experience
  • Experience in reputable organizations such as banks, system integrators, product companies, and/or software organizations
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end large/medium software projects using waterfall and agile methodology
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe
