About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in audits, statutory compliance, and direct taxation.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Tax Compliance: Manage all aspects of direct tax.
  • Tax Audit & ITR Filings: Prepare and finalize tax audit reports and income tax returns.
  • Audit Management: Act as Single Point of Contact for statutory and internal audits.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and conduct periodic physical verification.
  • Statutory Financials: Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial statements.
  • Compliance Closures: Ensure timely monthly closure of statutory compliance requirements.
  • Accounting Disclosures: Draft Notes to Accounts and coordinate audit report closure.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant - Mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years post-qualification in statutory compliance, audits, and direct taxation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of direct taxation, TDS, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Proven track record of handling audits and tax assessments independently.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in ERP/GCMS systems an advantage.
