We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an operations assistant.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions, supporting project management activities, and contributing to data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Support project coordination by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of service delivery processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing data and optimizing workflows.
  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives, helping to streamline communication channels between teams and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
