**Job Opportunity:**
As a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management, you will lead a team in overseeing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, providing comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals to acquire, nurture, and grow their portfolios.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and wealth planning needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to offer strategic advice aligned with market conditions and client goals.
Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
- Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance to meet their diverse needs.
- Provide expert guidance on wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Drive business growth by achieving AUM (assets under management) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
- Identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the organization's wealth management and third-party product suite.
- Utilize existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking to expand the company's footprint.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards to minimize operational and investment risks.
- Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to protect the company's interests and maintain a strong reputation in the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred to possess advanced knowledge in finance and wealth management.
- 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable organization is essential for this role.
- A proven track record of managing high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios is required to excel in this position.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions is crucial for success in this role.
- Established network of high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients in key regions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills are necessary to thrive in this position.
- High integrity with a client-first mindset is essential for building trust with clients and stakeholders.
