Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach live classes for various levels, including Class 11, 12, CUET English, and related exams.
  • Create engaging content for broader audiences through YouTube sessions.
  • Develop, curate, and finalize high-quality educational content for booklets and mock tests.
  • Design theory notes, question banks, and ensure exam-aligned material preparation.
  • Provide personalized support to students, evaluating their progress and resolving doubts.
  • Take ownership of the English subject area, driving teaching, content, and results.
  • Contribute to curriculum improvement and internal training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Core Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of English (Class 11, 12, and CUET UG Level).
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to create error-free academic content.
  • Experience in handling both live batches and digital/online student interactions.
  • Familiarity with CBSE and CUET frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using online tools for teaching, content creation, and feedback management.
  • A self-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
