Business Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Leader to drive our financial strategy and growth. As a key member of our team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and corporate finance teams to drive profitable growth across regions.
  • Pricing Strategy: Oversee pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • P&L Management: Own end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with business/function heads.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Profitability Analysis: Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Strategic Partnering: Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders, supporting strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Repository & Reporting: Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets, tracking win–loss ratios and maintaining financial models for decision support.
  • Expense Management: Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills – articulate, structured, and persuasive.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to diverse perspectives.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and accountable.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail in execution.
  • Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at executive level.
Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
