The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Admissions and Marketing Manager to join our team. This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive admissions, boost visibility, and strengthen the Crimson brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an admissions strategy aligned with our group's objectives, setting enrollment targets, analyzing admission trends, and creating plans to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor the admissions process to ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance the Crimson brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with schools within the group to understand their unique strengths and offerings, customizing marketing and admissions strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze demographic data and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement events related to admissions and marketing for each school, focusing on specific geographical areas.
  • Provide analytics tools to track and analyze admissions and enrollment data.
  • Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Develop and manage budgets for admissions and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and a positive return on investment.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
