Job Title: Senior Frontend Software Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our team at Murf AI. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the next generation of Murf AI Studio's frontend.



Your primary focus will be to develop a stable, robust, and maintainable product that meets the needs of our users. You will work closely with our design and content teams to create user-facing components with different workflows and toolchests like Redux and Flux.



Responsibilities:

  • Create new features or parts of applications with a natural ability to deliver on short timelines
  • Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
  • Confidently use UI/UX designs or wireframes to create the respective code and the application in conjunction with the design system in place
  • Maximize component performance across different devices and browsers while maintaining responsiveness using your knowledge of React and its lifecycle
  • Work with design and content teams to improve customer-facing landing and resource pages


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in building complex React-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or similar fields
  • Deep understanding of React and its fundamentals, ideally including modern features like hooks
  • Excellent understanding of TypeScript, including the OOP concept and how shadow DOM and DOM work
  • Experience with widely used state managers like Flux, Redux, Thunks, or Sagas
  • Knowing modern ECMAScript and related syntax
  • Experience with data structure libraries like Lodash
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc., and clarity of concepts around transpiring, bundling, minifying, and packaging
  • Knowledge of the overall browser rendering behavior and measuring and optimizing performance
  • Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git
