Coforge is Hiring a Senior Frontend Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our team at Coforge. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality frontend applications using modern front-end development tools and best practices.

About the Role:
  • We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions. You will be responsible for implementing features, fixing bugs, and contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop Frontend Applications: Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ECMAScript, and TypeScript/ES6+ to design and develop high-quality frontend applications that meet our clients' needs.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our development, QA, and product management teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
  3. Maintain and Improve Code Quality: Continuously review and improve your code to ensure it meets our high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.
  4. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of our team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ Years of Experience: You should have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience coding and/or designing web applications utilizing modern front-end development tools and best practices.
  • Strong Frontend Development Skills: You should have strong expertise in core JavaScript, TypeScript/ES6+, and libraries/frameworks like React, Vue, progressive web apps, etc.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You should be an excellent problem solver with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and a passion for expanding your coding skills.
  • Agile Team Experience: You should have experience or exposure to working on a product or agile teams, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and resource consumption.
  • Unit Testing Experience: You should have experience writing unit tests prior to releasing them to the QA team in a timely manner, with knowledge of libraries like Jest, React Testing library, Mocha, Chai, etc.
  • Building Tools Experience: You should have experience building tools like Webpack, Rollup, etc.
  • Restful API Integration Experience: You should have experience integrating Restful APIs into your frontend applications.
