Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Planning Expert to support our Finance and Accounting department. This role manages financial plans, forecasts, and reports. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain project/client data to facilitate informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered on time, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the entity and assist with compliance audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
