Job Title: Senior Cloud Architect & Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Architect and Full Stack Developer to lead the technology foundation of our company. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

The role involves end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications, architecting scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance), developing and optimizing frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications, setting up and managing databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis), establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team, mentoring & guiding a growing team of developers, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology, ensuring compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly), and driving innovation with AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution.

Required Skills:

  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in React Native, React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI)
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL
  • Microservices architecture design
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, schema design & optimization
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Docker & Kubernetes (EKS), Security, IAM policies, VPC design, monitoring (CloudWatch)
  • Leadership & Collaboration: 3+ years in leading development teams, Agile/Scrum practices, strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
