Job Title: Visual Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual designs for events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in 2D and 3D design roles and a strong portfolio showcasing event designs, spatial layouts, brand zones, and render visuals. Proficiency in software such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and V-Ray or similar rendering tools is required.

  • Design captivating stage setups, exhibition spaces, thematic installations, and branding collaterals.
  • Create high-quality 2D artworks for event branding including backdrops, standees, invites, banners, digital screens, and social media collaterals.
  • Work closely with the creative director and client servicing team to interpret briefs and translate them into creative visuals and mockups.
  • Deliver realistic 3D renders using appropriate lighting, textures, and proportions aligned to event themes and production feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of spatial planning, perspective, event branding, and structural feasibility.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple event projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A keen sense of color theory, typography, and composition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or related creative field.
  • Familiarity with stage lighting, digital LED layouts, and large-format print specs.
