Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project execution and management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Your primary focus will be on executing the project plan, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading negotiations with clients, partners, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from a reputable institute and 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles in the gas, oil, petrochemical, power, or refining industries. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles in the gas, oil, petrochemical, power, or refining industries.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
