Job Title

Ensuring the highest quality in software development is a top priority for our organization, and we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

This role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) to ensure that our software meets the required standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with automation tools, version control systems, Agile/Scrum development processes, and API testing is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tracking tools e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla.
  • Develops testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, SRS.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
  • Set up and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and execute appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies for quality assurance.
