We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of all software design for various products in injection molding and extrusion machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software for new products and features as per demand from market, internal and external customers, competitor product analysis and improvements.
  • Participate actively in the various development and design phases.
  • Implement customer requests and development projects on time and with quality.
  • Maintain and standardize software features to improve and upgrade existing software for various machines.
  • Work towards improving machine and human safety.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting in the field for machines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Instrumentation / Mechatronics /Electronics & Communication/ Electrical or equivalent.
  • 8 to 10 years of primary experience in Industrial automation control system having skills of Motion control, PLC programming, HMI design, field bus communications.
  • Experience in IEC PLC programming and C/C++ languages.
  • Higher-level languages like HTML5, JS, Python will be an advantage.
  • Experience of working with global teams will be advantageous.
  • Able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision.
