We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions.

You will be responsible for driving technical innovations and best practices within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to automate and improve deployment processes and infrastructure management.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices in software delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and teams.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to align on technology roadmap and progress.

As a skilled platform engineer, you have a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles. You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

You have a deep understanding of networking concepts and services, including load balancing, DNS, and VPNs, and are familiar with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace).
