Leasing Director

Job Overview:

The Leasing Director oversees all leasing functions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate leasing-related activities from prospecting to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and administration.

2. Manage and direct daily activities of the leasing operations department.

3. Oversee lease transactions and agreements.

4. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and provide customer service.

5. Monitor market trends for competition and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree

• Certification in retail leasing (optional)

• 5+ years of experience in leasing or related field

• Strong presentation skills and ability to convince prospective brands

• Leadership, personal effectiveness, decision-making, relationship-building, and communication skills
