As a seasoned hospitality expert, you will be responsible for spearheading the performance and value of our diverse portfolio. Working closely with our Managing Director, you will drive key initiatives that elevate our real estate presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial and operational excellence across all hotel and restaurant assets.
  • Lead budgeting processes to ensure ownership goals are aligned.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews against budgets, analyzing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Optimize ROI by analyzing RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends.
  • Benchmark against industry data and STR reports to maintain competitiveness.

Commercial Asset Management:

  • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at Technopolis IT Park and future commercial developments.
  • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, REITs, or strategic exits.

Land Bank Development:

  • Drive development of our land banks in key markets.
  • Float and manage RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups.
  • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  • Ensure timely statutory approvals and execution.

Brand & Operator Engagement:

  • Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
  • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.
  • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with our financial and brand objectives.

Reporting & Strategic Input:

  • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance.
  • Support the MD in preparing investment strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring.
  • Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.

Required Skills:

  • Financial and analytical acumen with strategic vision.
  • Ability to handle operator negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and execution coordination ability.
  • Willingsness to travel periodically across South India.
