Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview:

  • We're seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead our cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality software features, ensuring seamless integration across the tech stack.
  • Maintain and improve mobile applications using React Native (100%), adhering to industry best practices.
  • Design and optimize backend services using Spring, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Establish and enforce CI/CD processes via GitLab pipelines, guaranteeing smooth deployment and monitoring.
  • Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to deliver roadmap items for multiple products, prioritizing tasks and projects effectively.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in React Native (cross-platform mobile development), with hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex features.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework for backend services, focusing on performance optimization and security.
  • Solid understanding of GitLab CI/CD pipelines, with a proven track record of successful deployments.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and AWS (deployments, maintenance, monitoring), ensuring seamless operation of cloud-based systems.
  • Proven ability to debug complex issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers, applying problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent presentation and documentation abilities.
