We are seeking a seasoned cloud engineer to lead our remote team in deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a strong focus on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

This role requires a deep technical background in container orchestration, DevSecOps principles, and responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management :
    • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
    • Manage and maintain production clusters using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
    • Implement service mesh technologies for advanced traffic management.
  • & DevSecOps :
    • Develop automated deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
    • Integrate DevSecOps principles and tools, including SAST, DAST, and container scanning, to ensure security throughout the development lifecycle.
  • & Observability :
    • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
    • Ensure application performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • & Application Support :
    • Provide expert support for Java and Node.js environments, including build and deployment processes.
    • Manage relational databases like MySQL and RDS, as well as data warehouses like BigQuery.
    • Configure API Gateway setups and integrations.
Required Skills
  • 7-10 years of hands-on DevOps experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep expertise in Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Rancher.
  • Strong experience with Jenkins or Azure Pipelines for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps and observability toolchains.
  • Experience with database systems like MySQL and RDS.
  • Strong understanding of Java and Node.js build and deployment processes.
  • Experience with identity management.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js in a DevOps context.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure. This includes developing and maintaining automated deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines, as well as integrating DevSecOps principles and tools.
