Full Stack Developer Leader

This is a full-time, on-site role for a leader in MERN Stack development located in Navi Mumbai. The leader will be responsible for driving web development projects, designing and developing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring responsive design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code
  • Debugging and optimizing applications
  • Managing databases
  • Participating in code reviews
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus
