We are seeking an experienced and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front office, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Drafting letters, memos, and emails
  • Screening documents, performing administrative tasks, including filing, etc.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required
  • Maintaining a visitor register
  • Offering refreshments to visitors when required
  • Directing visitors to the correct person
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate offices
  • Managing the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
  • Receiving letters, packages, couriers, etc., and distributing them
  • Maintaining the noticeboard outside of the office
  • Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Coordinating Human Resources functions, including recruitment, induction, employee engagement activities, onboarding, and recruiting process
  • Booking hotel, flights, bus, train, cab arrangements
  • Proficient computer skills, including mail drafting, word, Excel report preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Front Desk Coordinator, you should have:

  • 3-4 years of work experience as a receptionist or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
