High-Net-Worth Financial Advisor Role

This position involves working with high-net-worth individuals, providing them with strategic investment advice and helping them manage their wealth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets and be able to provide expert advice on investments such as equity, futures, and options. They will also need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with business associates, ensuring that they are aligned with the client's goals and objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex financial products, identifying upselling opportunities, and guiding clients to diversify their investment portfolios. You will also need to conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial requirements, analyze their risk appetites, and recommend suitable portfolios or actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising Ultra-High-Net-Worth Clients: Providing expert advice on investments such as equity, futures, and options, and managing large customer portfolios with a book size of ₹25 lakhs and above.
  • Building Strong B2B Relationships: Building and maintaining strong rapport with business associates (partners, franchisees, IFAs) to ensure business scalability and high-quality servicing.
  • Identifying Upselling Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to increase revenue by advising clients on suitable products and services.
  • Client Longevity: Ensuring long-term relationships with clients by providing research-backed and insightful advice.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex financial products.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong B2B relationships for scalable business growth.
  • Financial Markets: Deep understanding of equity markets, F&O, and advanced investment strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-value clients and partners.
