Financial Analyst Position

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Investment Banking team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital-raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • A solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
