Oracle Consultant Job Overview

The Oracle Consultant role is a challenging and rewarding position that requires expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and experience in implementing end-to-end solutions for clients across various industries.

This consultant will design, implement, and deliver Oracle-based solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop, test, and deploy Oracle-based solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze Business Requirements: Analyze client needs and develop technical specifications for Oracle implementations.
Requirements:Mandatory Skills:
  • Oracle PL/SQL: Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming language is required.
  • Experience in Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) & Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP): Previous experience working with Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) and Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP) tools is necessary.
  • Domain Knowledge in Manufacturing / Supply Chain: A solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain principles and practices is required.
  • Good Communication Skills in English (Spoken/Written) and Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
  • At Least 2 End-to-End Oracle Implementations: Previous experience with at least two end-to-end Oracle implementations is highly desirable.
  • Domain Experience in Purchasing/ASCP/Planning Modules: Familiarity with purchasing, ASCP, and planning modules within Oracle is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is beneficial.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
