Job OverviewBranch ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for exceeding targets and building high-performing teams. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To achieve set business objectives through effective leadership of sales executives, including setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and monitoring performance.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop a high-calibre sales team to drive revenue growth and meet productivity standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, improve retention rates, and increase sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with company-wide initiatives and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and branch activities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and make recommendations for career development and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
