Role Summary

This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models for premium GCC clients in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Project Planning: Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Problem Resolution: Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Reporting and Transparency: Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
