Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Leasing Business Development to lead our commercial leasing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of leasing professionals.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Track key business milestones, identify gaps, and implement solutions to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers to identify early-stage opportunities.
  • Participate in large transactions and support the team in closure.
  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists and client identification reports.
  • Ensure Transaction closure exposure across asset classes.
  • Implement policies related to Work, Health & Safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
