About the Role:

This role involves processing Trade and Remittance transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work accurately under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high level of accuracy and proficiency in handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain and publish the pending status of transactions to teams.
  • Gain knowledge on regulatory guidelines.
  • Support implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and circulate reports.
  • Execute additional activities assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills (MS Office).
  • Sound knowledge of Trade Finance products.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
  • Good understanding of basic banking products.
  • Understanding relevant local regulations.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in relevant roles. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required. CDCS certification would be an added advantage.
