Technical Proficiency Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Proficiency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enovia application support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our Enovia system.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive business success. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Enovia architecture systems framework and how different components interact, as well as experience with customization using MQL Matrix Query Language TCL Tool Command Language and Java.

You will also have exposure to data management efficiently handling data within the Enovia environment data upload and migration, Linux Shell Scripts, Solr Search, and integrating Enovia with other systems like CAD and ERP.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Enovia Architecture systems framework and how different components interact.
  • Exposure to customization using MQL Matrix Query Language TCL Tool Command Language and Java.
  • Data Management efficiently handling data within the Enovia environment data upload and migration.
  • Experience with Linux Shell Scripts.
  • Exposure to Solr Search.
  • Knowledge in integrating Enovia with other systems like CAD and ERP.
  • Domain knowledge in PLM DMS and LMS.
  • Experience of ITIL process and support.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Troubleshooting issues within the Enovia application identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Clearly explaining technical issues to users documenting problems and collaborating with other team members.
