Job Title: Zuora Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in implementing and configuring subscription billing solutions. The successful candidate will assist in deploying and maintaining subscription operations, supporting integrations with external systems, and ensuring smooth invoice generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Assist in setting up subscription modules, models, and pricing plans.
  • Integration and Support: Support integrations between subscription platforms and CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Requirement Gathering: Participate in gathering business and technical requirements to deliver subscription solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic issues in subscription platforms, ensuring accurate cycles and invoice generation.
  • Billing Automation: Support automation of recurring processes using workflows.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain standard reports related to subscriptions, schedules, and revenue recognition.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Zuora Experience: Hands-on experience with subscription platform (2+ years).
  • Subscription Billing: Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and cycles.
  • Product Catalog: Exposure to product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules.
  • CRM/ERP Integrations: Basic knowledge of integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred).
  • APIs and Data Migration: Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Zuora Certification: Zuora Certification is an advantage.
  • SaaS Experience: Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models.
