Job Description:This is a role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with IT companies and identify recruitment opportunities for our trained candidates.
You will be responsible for client management, leveraging your networking skills to establish and maintain partnerships that benefit both our candidates and our partner organizations.
Your key objectives will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with IT companies, understanding their hiring needs and recruitment processes.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Actively engaging with clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A passion for education, technology, and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 per annum.
