SailPoint IIQ Engineer

Company Overview: Our client, Callisto Talent Solutions Private Limited, is a leading international investment bank with an extensive presence across the globe. We are planning to expand our User Access Management team in Gurugram and are seeking experienced SailPoint IIQ Engineers.

Job Description: As a SailPoint IIQ Engineer, you will be responsible for developing solutions that enable our organization to create standardized role profiles with auto-provisioning and revocation of user access. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coding, creating, and enhancing workflows; configuring IIQ objects.
• Developing solutions that meet compliance requirements.
• Working closely with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze defects, implement solutions, drive improvements, and provide guidance on building automated solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2-9 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SailPoint Identity IQ implementation.
• Hands-on coding experience in core Java development, including analyzing functional requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Experience in SailPoint IIQ customization, specifically in the creation and enhancement of workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuration of IIQ objects.
• A good understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology.
• Experience with cloud technologies and knowledge of Java Full Stack Development is highly desirable, along with continuous integration and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
