Job Description :

ALIQAN Technologies is seeking a skilled Sailpoint Developer to join our team for an exciting opportunity with one of our prestigious client MNCs. This position offers a unique blend of remote work with occasional in-person meetings at the client's Gurgaon office, providing flexibility and a chance to collaborate closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Sailpoint Implementation :

- You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).


- This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, deploying configurations, and managing integrations with various systems and applications.


- Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless implementation while maintaining security standards and optimizing performance.

Coding and Development :

- As a developer, you will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to extend Sailpoint functionalities.


- This includes creating workflows, rules, and custom connectors.


- Your coding skills will be crucial in developing custom solutions that meet specific business requirements, as well as debugging and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process.

Collaboration with DevOps :

- You will work closely with the DevOps team to streamline the deployment process, automate tasks, and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are functioning efficiently.


- Your knowledge of DevOps practices will help in managing environments, deploying updates, and monitoring the performance of the Sailpoint implementation.

Client Interaction :

- This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be directly interacting with the client to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.


- You will participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, ensuring that their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.

Security Management :

- You will implement and manage Sailpoint's security features, such as role-based access controls, policies, and governance processes.


- This includes setting up and maintaining both static and dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Troubleshooting and Optimization :

- You will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing the Sailpoint setup to ensure smooth operations.


- This includes monitoring system performance, conducting root cause analysis for issues, and implementing corrective actions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
