The primary goal of the Quality Assurance Professional is to establish and maintain a robust quality management system that ensures compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality procedures to guarantee excellence in all testing and inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a QMS that meets ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and BIS standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve them through root cause analysis.
- Provide training on quality procedures, testing standards, and QMS requirements.
- Conduct periodic quality checks using appropriate tools and methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory management.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and laboratory accreditation processes.
- Experience with auditing (internal/external) and regulatory compliance.
