About the Role

This position involves developing, implementing and maintaining IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions with expertise in provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications and self-service capabilities.

  • Design and implement SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows and rules across development, testing and production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Buid custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs and identity protocols leveraging skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript and Shell scripting.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning and proactive alerting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM capabilities and ensure governance/compliance alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills and experience in Identity & Access Management, particularly with SailPoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM lifecycle processes, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications and regulatory compliance considerations.

  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development using languages like Java, BeanShell, JavaScript and Shell, and integration with directory services, cloud platforms and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and adaptability skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments would be an advantage. Relevant SailPoint certifications and familiarity with CommBank engineering frameworks are also desirable.
