Job Title:

National Product Launch Manager
  • Lead the product launch management team, overseeing all aspects of product launches for various portfolio segments.
  • Support new product development project management and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and key functions to ensure timely adherence to product launch milestones.
  • Drive excellence in launch management to achieve successful execution.
  • Implement best practices in product launch management using dashboards, templates, and tools for efficient planning and execution.
  • Ensure effective communication of launch status across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee a team of planners and launch managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional leaders and key functions to ensure timely adherence to product launch milestones.
  • Drive excellence in launch management to achieve successful execution.
  • Collaborate with regional heads to deliver accurate data on product launch timelines and replenishment plans.
  • Lead cross-functional planning including resource allocation, material planning, financial assessments, and capacity planning.
  • Provide inputs for portfolio decisions identifying dependencies and implications.
  • Facilitate alignment and accountability within regional and corporate functions to meet business goals.
  • Manage product launch calendars optimize governance processes and partner with senior management as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication of launch status across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster talent through coaching performance management and setting clear expectations.
