Lighting Technician Job Summary

The Lighting Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Communicate clearly with the team and delegate tasks based on individual skills.
  • Manage event execution within allocated timeframes and assist with client changes and troubleshooting.
  • Perform routine maintenance, keep workstations organized, and assist with servicing and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with event lighting, fixtures, effects, and live systems.
  • Able to follow lighting plots and technical instructions accurately.
  • Ensure neat cabling, quick troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Comfortable climbing trusses and installing lighting fixtures.
  • A team player, flexible with timings, and able to handle pressure while guiding juniors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and possess strong communication skills.
